Marion Pearson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years of experience in the field. Marion graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Rehabilitation Science in 2005. She spent over a year as a mental health paraprofessional before moving to Northwest Arkansas to obtain her Masters in Counseling from the University of Arkansas, and became licensed in 2008.
Her background includes school based therapy, child, adolescent and adult day treatment settings, as well as individual, group and family counseling. Throughout her career, she has provided counseling to individuals of all ages, in a variety of life stages. Marion has assisted individuals with issues related to anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, trauma and behavioral issues.
Marion spends her free time with her husband and their two daughters, as well as enjoying the outdoors.

I believe that for therapy to be the most effective and beneficial, a genuine collaboration and open communicate is very important. I aim to provide an environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and honest. As a therapist, I encourage individuals to become empowered and learn to utilize the necessary skills to meet their goals and desired outcomes for their life.
