J. returned to NSU Graduate School and completed her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology Degree in 2002. P. J. and her husband, Chris, call the River Valley home and have raised their two children here over the past 19 years. The family enjoys their time at home with their dogs, staying active in their church, hiking and exploring the beauty of Western Arkansas.
MY THERAPY STYLE
I want to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. I believe that most people are doing the best we can with what we have in the moment, but sometimes we need more. I would love to help you find what you need to live a more peaceful life. Don’t let your past determine your future. Change is possible. I utilize the approaches of EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and therapeutic prayer, depending on the preferences and needs of the client.
