Therapy Style

It has been my lifelong desire to help others through understanding, kindness and support.

I utilize the approach of Person-Centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to provide a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere to help individuals learn new behaviors and discover their own solutions. I also use a TF-CBT approach to help children and adolescents experiencing significant emotional problems related to traumatic events. I would love to be that support and safe space for you and your loved ones.
