My Therapy Style

I work to get to know you so that I can understand the most important concerns you have that you want to address in your treatment. I will work with you using a person-centered approach, while engaging with you collaboratively. This will involve discussing with you your areas of concern, changes you want to make in your life or perhaps exploring your desire to have a deeper understanding about something that may be troubling you. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy you will find that I am empathic and care about the challenges you are experiencing. I work with people who are suffering with trauma, anxiety, loss, depression, panic-attacks, phobias and other areas. I work with teens, ages 15 years old and older, and with adults.
